Aria Lane Manoa | Coming Soon
Aria Lane Manoa is the newest proposed single family project in Metro Honolulu. The proposed project will feature 76 single family homes along with 26 multifamily units and will be located at the former Saint Francis School property located at 2707 Pamoa Road.
The project is currently being presented to the Manoa neighborhood board by developer Christine Camp and will need to submit plans to the state. If approved, this will be the newest Single Family project in Manoa since the 2004 Manoa Hillside Estates. Aria Lane is currently in the planning stages, but it is projected to have a variety of recreation areas for the complex and may have a small maintenance/association fee. The architect will be Design partners Incorporated who is well known for Sky Ala Moana, Azure, Waihonua, and many other residential projects across of Oahu.

Project Breakdown:
Aria Lane Manoa plans to release a total of 102 market priced residences and will have a mix of single family homes as well as multifamily units. There will be 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units. It is still quite early and it is unclear whether the units will be single family homes or a CPR (condominium property regime) but it most likely will have a small maintenance/association fee if they choose to make the community gated.

Aria Lane will be located at 2707 Pamoa Road and will be located at the Former Saint Francis School. The proposed project is conveniently located at the beginning of Manoa and is close to the UH Manoa Shidler College of Business, MidPac, and Noelani Elementary School.
