Kalae Ward Village is the tenth Howard Hughes tower in Ward Village, Kakaako - a 60-acre master planned community located in the urban core of Honolulu. This Ultra-Luxury building will consist solely of 330 market priced units and will be a first row building along Ala Moana Blvd. The building will sit to the West of Victoria Place and will be on the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Ward Ave.
Kalae will feature amazing unobstructed ocean views for the direct ocean facing units. The building will also be more than 600 ft away from Victoria Place. This will create amazing view planes for the east facing units. The building will be introduced later this year in 2022 and if everything gets approved we could potentially have sales start later in fall/winter of 2022.

The plans for Kalae's amenities have yet to be officially released. If it follows the previous luxury buildings, we can expect to see a plethora of amenities expected from any "ultra-luxury building." The current Ward Village map depicts multiple pools and we can most likely expect to see guest suites available as well. The building will will most likely aim to make Kalae's amenities on par or exceed the caliber of Victoria Place's amenities (Ward Village's 7th Tower).
Kalae will be located on Ala Moana Blvd on the Ewa/West side of the Victoria Ward Park and will be on the West side of Waiea. This will be a first tier building located on the front row of the 60-acre master planned community and will have unobstructed ocean views for those lucky front row units.
