The Launiu Ward Village | Coming Soon

The Launiu Ward Village will be located at 928 Ala Moana Blvd and is the eleventh Howard Hughes tower in Ward Village, Kakaako - a 60-acre master planned community located in the urban core of Honolulu. This new Luxury tower will consist of 486 market priced units and will be a first row building on the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Ward Avenue on the West side of Ward Ave.  

Launiu will feature amazing unobstructed ocean views for the direct ocean facing units (one corner 2-bedroom on the west/ocean side of the building, and one 3-bedroom unit on the east/ocean side of the building). The building will feature lanais/balconies for the units on the east side of the building. These lanais will help enhance the view planes for these units allowing them to see more ocean and mountain views while on their lanai. The West/Ewa facing side of the building will feature studios and 1-bedroom units without lanais. Launiu Ward Village Floor Plate and Unit Features

The floor plate for The Launiu Ward Village will feature 5 floors of podium units located underneath the amenity deck. On the podium level there will be 19 units per floor. On the 5th floor there will be 5 guest suites. Then in the high-rise tower there will be 12 units per floor and will have the same floor plate from floors 8 through 40. The units on the East/Diamond Head side of the building will have lanais and the West/Ewa units will not have any lanais. The current proposed plans also show generous ceiling heights that will be slightly taller than The Park Ward Village's 8'8'' ceilings. 

Launiu Ward Village - Amenities

The amenities at Launiu will be located on the 7th floor amenity deck. The tentative plans call for multiple swimming pools (lap swim, leisure, and kid pool), spa hot tubs, fitness center, teaching studio, hydrotherapy spa rooms, multi-purpose/party rooms, 5 cabanas, and grassy lawn areas.

Launiu will be located at 928 Ala Moana Blvd on West side of Ward Avenue and will be along Ala Moana Blvd. This will be a first-row building located on the front row of the 60-acre master planned community and will have unobstructed ocean views for the front two units. The building will be next to Alia and across the street from Kalae.
