The newest single family homes to hit the Leeward Coast will be built by Stanford Carr along the private gated community in the Back of Makaha Valley. The project will consist of 118 homes and will be built on 26 acres along Makaha Valley within the private gated community. Makaha is known for their scenic mountain ranges and their beautiful pristine white sand beaches. Stanford Carr also plans to offer residents resort-style amenities making Mauna'olu one of the newest exclusive Single Family home projects on Oahu.

Cottages at Mauna'olu Neighborhood
When people think about Makaha neighborhood of Waianae on the west side of Oahu; most people think about a long commute or an area that has yet to be developed. What most people are unaware of is the beautiful pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a private gated community in the back of Makaha Valley (where Mauna'olu will be located). The Waianae neighborhood has a wide variety of grocery stores and local eateries and is close to the second city, Kapolei.
With a short 16 mile commute, Kapolei practically has everything at your fingertips. From big-box stores like Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, to local shopping malls like Ka Makana Alii and Kapolei Commons; Kapolei has entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, in addition to resorts and golf courses.
In addition to the beautiful white sand beaches, the Western region of the island features the Makaha Valley Resort Golf Course; which is set for re-design by Pro Golfer Tiger Woods.
