The Park on Ward will be Howard Hughes' eight high rise condominium at Ward Village. The Park on Ward and Ulana at Ward Village were the newest buildings to be announced at the November 2020 HCDA meeting. Both condos are undergoing HCDA approval and hope to launch in 2021. The Park on Ward will be 100% market units with no reserved housing units. Ulana on the other hand, plans to be 100% reserved housing. The Park on Ward will be a second row building and is expected to be of the same caliber as Anaha and Koula. The building will border the ewa/west side of the park and will be located where Wahoos, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and where the old Sports Authority building is located (now Ohana Marketplace). The bottom of the building will feature ground floor retail/restaurants.

According to Ward Village employees, the Park on Ward will have 546 units which will be just a little less than Koula which has 566 units. Currently the breakdown has not yet been determined and square feet is forthcoming. The building is expected to be of Koula's size and caliber and may be a bit larger in square feet since there are less units. Stay tuned for more information!

The Park on Ward will be located on the Ewa/West side of the Central Plaza park and will be across of Koula. This will be a second tier building located towards the middle of the 60-acre master planned community.
