The Park Ward Village | Now Selling

The Park Ward VillageThe Park Ward Village is the eighth Howard Hughes tower in Ward Village, Kakaako - a 60-acre master planned community located in the urban core of Honolulu. This 41-story 400 foot Luxury building will consist solely of market priced units and is designed by Chicago-based firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz who also designed Victoria Place, Anaha, and Aalii at Ward Village. The Park Ward Village is based off of Hawaii's mid-century architecture design blended with a modern flair. The building will sit on Ward and Auahi Street next to the park and replace the old Sports Authority/Ohana Market Place/Wahoos/Starbucks. The building will feature a variety of restaurants, cafes, and retail space on the first floor and will have one of the largest amenity decks. The tower just started public sales in September 2021 and anticipates to start construction some time in 2022.

The Park Ward Village will feature 546 market priced units and will be comprised of studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with generous 8.8 ft high ceilings. There will be no Penthouses but owners who choose the 00-floor plan may choose between the defaulted 3-bedroom floor plan, or go with a spacious 2-bedroom with a grand sized living room.

The floor plate for The Park Ward Village will be the same from floors 9-41 which will consist of 14 units per floor. There will be studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bedroom units available. There will also be a podium floor plate which will be the same for floors 2-7 and will also consist of 14 units per floor. The Park Ward Village will feature 8.8 ft high ceilings and was designed to have large Juliette balconies that can open to make the indoors feel like you are out on the lanai. This way you can enjoy that feeling, yet not have to worry about wasted space or have to frequently clean your lanai. The 00 stack also features an optional floor plan that would allow you to change it from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom with a large open living room.

The Park Ward Village will complete the Victoria Ward Park in Ward Village. Here you can see a more final phase of the park. Ward Village will be adding more lush shade trees and will change the topography of the Park so that you won't be able to see Ala Moana Blvd from The Park Ward Village. The units will come with Sub-Zero refrigerators, Miele appliances, Studio Becker Cabinets, and Caesarstone Quartz Countertops with a Matte finish. Oak wood flooring (carpet in the bedrooms). The bathrooms as well as the kitchens will have two different color schemes to choose from (light and dark). All units will also have a large Juliette balcony that can open up.

The Park Ward Village will have a very clean and elegant design that incorporates mid century Hawaiian Architecture with a modern flair. The amenities will be on the 8th floor of the building and will feature one of the largest amenity decks. There will be multiple swimming pools, a tennis court, pickle ball courts, outdoor and indoor fitness areas, a jogging path, bbq grills, private party rooms, guest suites, and much more! One of the best features will be that the 5 private guest suites. Here residences may book these suites for their out of town guests (should you not want to host them inside your actual unit) and each will have amazing ocean views.
