Sky Ala Moana will be a new 43 story high rise on Kapiolani Boulevard. The building will be pet friendly, 2 pets up to 60lbs. There will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units for sale and the 8th floor will have sky terrace garden units where owners will have an actual enclosed yard and direct access to the amenity deck. Only the West/Ewa tower will be for sale. The East/Diamond Head tower will be owned and operated by a managing company with at least a 4-star rating. Owners who own in the West/Ewa tower will not be able to put their unit into the hotel rental pool and will have a 30 day minimum rental period. Units are now open first-come-first-serve to anyone interested in buying.

Sky Ala Moana developed by the Avalon Group; will be a twin tower building. The Ewa/West tower will be for sale and will have 390 units offered to the public at market prices. There will be 176 one bedrooms and 214 two bedroom units available. There will be 30 guest stalls and parking for the hotel will go up to the 3rd floor. Parking for residents will start after the hotel parking levels and continue to the 7th floor.
The East/Diamond Head tower will be the hotel portion of the project. There will be approximately 300 keys and will include studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units. These will not be for sale and will be owned and managed and run by a 4-star hotel rating or higher. Owners who buy the west tower will not be able to put their unit into the hotel rental pool and will be required to have a minimum 30 day rental.
The flats will be the affordable portion of the project. It is unclear at this point whether they will do affordable units for sale or affordable rentals. The affordable hold restriction is still up in the air and hasn't been finalized. However, it has been determined that there will be 84 units in the East/Diamond Head tower on the lower floors that will be dedicated to the affordable component of the project.

The Lobby of Sky Ala Moana will be very modern and chic. There will be a drop off area and on the street side there will be commercial retail spaces.
The units at Sky Ala Moana will be eiher a 1 or 2 bedroom floor plan. All units will have a lanai, floor to ceiling windows, bosch appliances, grohe fixtures, and a silestone quartz countertop. There will be additional upgrade features to change the flooring and bathroom, but none are currently available at this point in time.
At Sky Ala Moana, owners will be able to enjoy a 53,900 sq ft amenity deck known as "The Sky Terrace." It encompasses the entire footprint of the project and will be beautifully landscaped by Brownlie & Lee and will have a wide array of amenities. There will be beautifully curated spaces both indoor and outdoor that will allow for large social gatherings to small intimate gatherings. Sky Ala Moana will be located at 1388 Kapiolani Blvd right between the Pacific Guardian Tower and Hawaii Ocean Plaza. It will also be located on the ocean/makai side of Sams Club and Walmart and across the street from The Central Ala Moana. Sky Ala Moana will also be one of the many new condos along the Kapiolani Corridor and will be just a short commute to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
