The parking structure requires a garage remote to gain access. There is also security within the building. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool. There are also multiple BBQ grilling stations with seating areas. There is a multipurpose room that can be used for meetings or parties and a playground on the side of the building. If you go towards the parking structure there is a dog run/park area on the side of the 1st floor. The dog run area has doggie bags, a water area for your dog, and is divided into two separate areas (35 lbs and under area and over 35 lbs area). The building has also gone green and took the liberty to install solar panels on top of the parking structure making almost all units within the structure covered parking. The building features community laundry on each floor along with a trash chute and plenty of guest parking on the ground floor of the building.
