Residence Features

Kapiolani Residence features Vinyl Tile flooring with Samsung Appliances throughout the unit. The windows are floor to ceiling and are double-paned. The air conditioners are all split AC with owners having access to their own condenser on their lanai (this way each owner is only responsible for their own unit's AC). The best thing about Kapiolani Residence was definitely its generous sized units along with the fact that every unit has a useable lanai. 

Kapiolani Residence Views

Kapiolani Residence has three main view planes. Ocean/Makai facing, Diamond Head/East facing, and Mountain facing. The view plane that will be the most impacted is the Diamond Head/East side of the building which has the corner 2 bedroom G stack and the F stack which is the only 3 bedroom in the building.
