Located in middle of Waikiki near the Ala Wai Canal is Seaside Towers. This building was originally a Leasehold building done by Sea Side Development Inc and was designed by architect E.L. Bauer. The building's contractor was Nordic Construction and was built in 1962. Today most of the building is fee simple as majority of the owners purchased the fee in the early 2000's, but there are still a few leasehold units left. The building itself is 15 stories and is comprised of 1 bedroom units. There are 126 units total and 118 parking stalls, so there are 8 units that do not have parking. Parking is either covered (bottom level Entrance from Nohonani) or uncovered (lobby level entrance from Seaside Ave).

Within Seaside Towers, there are three variations of 1 bedroom units. The square footage for all Seaside Tower units are:

624 sq. ft. (14 units total - apartment numbers ending in 02),
680 sq. ft. (98 units total - apartment numbers ending in 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8), and
732 sq. ft. (14 units total - apartment numbers ending in 14).

The building has two elevators to service the entire building along with two staircases. The building does have secured parking, secured entry, and a secured lobby. There is a resident manager on the ground floor along with a swimming pool, BBQ area, and lobby. There is secured covered bike parking along with storage lockers that are deeded to the units. The building does not allow pets and does not have any guest parking stalls but makes up for it in the sense that it is centrally located in Waikiki and just a couple minutes to the new International Market Place.
