Yacht Harbor Towers is a twin tower complex comprised of 417 total residential units located on the corner of Atkinson Drive and Ala Moana Blvd. The building is directly across the Waikiki Yacht Club and the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Yacht Harbor Towers was built in 1973 by Yacht Harbor Towers Venture and Stark LTD & ETAL. The building was built by Swinerton & Walberg Co (Contractor).
The two towers shares the common area amenities on the 5th floor. There are six elevators to service the entire complex and there are a number of commercial retail units on the lower levels of the building. The building is comprised of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units.
Overall, Yacht Harbor Towers is in a very convenient location right between Ala Moana and Waikiki. The building does have a slightly higher maintenance fee but it includes: Central AC, Electricity, Sewer, Water, Hot Water, Cable, and the common area expenses. The building has it's own security guards, video monitor surveillance, and a generous amount of guest parking stalls. Plus the building just went through a major renovation to redo the common areas, spalling, and replaced windows and lanai sliding doors.
