Ke Kilohana is the fourth tower to Ward Village built by the Howard Hughes Corporation. The building itself is Ward Village's first reserved housing building where 88% of the building went to local residents who meet HCDA's income and asset requirements. The building will have a total 424 units consisting of 161 one bedrooms, 183 two bedrooms, and 80 three bedroom units. The ground floor retail of the building will be the flagship Longs Drugs Store/CVS and it will be the largest location on the island.
Ke Kilohana is a very unique floor plan where the floor plan changes as you go up. There isn't any one set floor plate and there are many variations. The building will have a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units. There will also be storage lockers and parking for sale after the building opens. Listed below is a breakdown of the units in the building along with their sizes. As a reminder, the reserved housing units have to be held and lived in by the owner for 2 or 5 years, depending on the unit. Any resales would be market priced units (2 or 3 beds).

Ke Kilohana has surpassed the initial expectations of residents as they did their punchlist pre-closing inspections. The original plan was to have a whirlpool or GE appliances, but the developer decided to use Samsung Appliances Throughout. The flooring is Shaw Vinyl Tile which is strong and durable for the kitchen, granite countertops, soft closing cabinets, and plush carpet throughout. One of the best features to being in Ke Kilohana is the fact that Longs Drugs Store/CVS is right downstairs. The new Longs will open after residents move in this summer 2019.
Ke Kilohana will have a generous sized amenity deck for a reserved housing building. Majority of the amenities will be on the 8th floor and include a wide array of amenities from shared work spaces, a gym, karaoke room, bbq areas, etc. The most unique feature of Ke Kilohana is the exterior Sky Lanais for the residents to use. None of the units have lanais, so the Sky Lanai is for any resident who wants to enjoy the views from their building. There will be two sky lanais, one on the 33rd floor facing the Ocean and the other on the 36 floor facing the Ewa/West side of the building. The only thing the building doesn't have is a pool, but luckily you have Ala Moana Beach Park just a short distance away!
