Jonathan Pang grew up in Kaimuki and currently resides in Honolulu on Waialae Nui Ridge near Kahala. Jonathan was first brought into Prudential Locations at a young age by two top producing Partners; Dolores Bediones and Marshall Mower (both in the Top 50 Hawaii Realtors). By being mentored by two of the best Partners, Jonathan has incorporated their teachings and practices and have melded them together creating his own. Jonathan became a Broker-In-Charge at Locations LLC (formerly Prudential) at the beginning of 2017 and helped hundreds of other agents throughout the company with technology, social media, internal systems, and reviewing/signing off on their purchase contracts and addendums. Jonathan then made the switch to Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in June of 2020 and is excited to be with a global brand that is recognized around the world.
Jonathan’s consultative approach to real estate involves first understanding his client's needs, he then shares his his knowledge of the market, and meets their goals through expert analysis and negotiations in the time frame they're comfortable with. Jonathan's most recent endeavor was assisting Howard Hughes with the sales of Aeo and Aalii; located in the urban core of Honolulu in Kakaako's Ward Village. Jonathan was New Home Ambassador for Ward Village and one of the exclusive sales team members for the project. Jonathan knows all the ins and outs when it comes to new construction projects and has personally helped over 100 clients with new project developments across the island. New construction projects are not for everyone, but rest assured that if a project isn't for you, Jonathan will help find a home for you!
