Kalae Ward Village Floorplate and Unit Features

The floor plate for Kalae Ward Village will feature 10 units per floor and will be the same from floors 6 through 38. The building will allow a few combination units where an owner may combine two units, but it will be limited to combining the 00 and 02 floor plan. The units itself will feature Juliette balconies and feature light or dark kitchen and bathroom options. Owners will also have an option to have a pantry built into a home office (if the unit has a walk in pantry) or to have a kitchen nook to hide away your appliances.
