With the strong demand for affordable housing, I am pleased to announce that my company will be the exclusive broker for the Ililani Condominium that will feature 165 Affordable Housing units comprising of (131 1-bedrooms and 34 2-bedroom units). The rest will be market units and will all be 2 bedrooms (163 market 2 bedrooms). With this project, there will be no market priced 1 bedrooms. This project will be an HHFDC affordable housing project and will be subject to a 10 year occupancy term and Shared Appreciation Equity (SAE).
