The newest building in Hawaii Kai to go to sale in January 2019
Located just 12 miles outside of Downtown Oahu in Hawaii Kai lies the newest building to be built on the East side of the island - Hale Ka Lae. Completed in 2016, this project is a conversion from an affordable rental project and features 269 units comprised of 2, 3, and 4 bed units. Some units will even feature an attractive lock-out unit that would allow multi-generational families to live together yet have the privacy from one another. It also would allow owners to live in one unit and rent the other, or rent out both.
