Island Colony in Waikiki (under construction)


Located in the heart town lies Scenic Towers. This building was developed by architect Ernest Hara and built in 1974 and is very centrally located. It is just a short distance to the University of Hawaii, Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki, Diamond Head, the beach, and many shops, restaurants, and eateries.

There are a total of 127 units and typically has 9 units per floor (7 one-bedrooms and 2 two-bedroom units). The building has a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units ranging from 607-690 (total sq ft) for 1 bedrooms and 791 sq ft for the 2 bedrooms. There are also 2 penthouse units that range from 1943-1948 sq ft. 

Scenic Towers features it's own swimming pool, lanais, washer/dryers in every unit, and comes with at least 1 secured entry parking stall. The building is secured and monitored and residents and guests are required to use a key fob to enter.
